Dorothy Ann Sabina Barnes

Dorothy Ann Sabina Barnes, age 91, of Dravosburg, died January 27th, 2018, at Southwestern Assisted Living Center in Pittsburgh.  Born August 9th, 1926, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Anna (Stanish) Grudovich and the wife of the late James John Thomas Barnes.
Dorothy was a member of St. Agnes Church.  A retired bookkeeper, she was employed by John Groves Company, The Salvation Army and The Famous Department Store in McKeesport and Powell Auto Services in West Mifflin.
Dorothy is survived by daughter, Monica and Son-in-law, David Fleming.  She was predeceased by ten siblings, brothers Frank and Joe and two brothers each named John, as well as four sisters, Katherine, Marie, Betty, and Silvia, and two other siblings who died in infancy.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Reverend E. Daniel Sweeney, on Tuesday, 10:00 a.m., at St. Agnes Church in West Mifflin.  Family and friends should gather at the church.  Committal service and interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Port Vue.  Friends are invited to lunch afterwards at Tillie’s Restaurant in Christy Park.  Condolences may be shared at www.jaycox-jaworskifuneralhome.com
