Opal V. Evans, age 91 of McKeesport, died on August 17, 2016 at Redstone Highlands in Murrysville. Born October 18, 1924 in Export, she was the daughter of the late Orlando and Mercedes (Painter) Evans. Opal retired after 41 years as a secretary from Westinghouse and was a member of St. John Evangelical Church in McKeesport. She is survived by her brothers, Nelson Evans of Liberty Borough and Larry Evans of Spartanburg, SC; sisters, Dolores Downs of Mechanicsburg, PA and Aileen Seachrist of Monroeville, and also nieces and nephews.  A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 19, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory.
