Ann V. Senay

Ann V. Senay, age 96, of McKeesport, died August 20, 2018, at John J. Kane Regional Medical Center. Born October 15, 1921, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Anna (Baclawski) Kolakowski and the wife of the late John R. Senay, Sr. Ann dedicated her life to caring for her family. In her early years she worked at the Berraducci Co. and US Steel National Works. She was a member of Corpus Christi Church. Ann enjoyed playing bingo, but her greatest passion was teaching her children how to cook and bake. She is survived by her children, Duane J. (Patricia) Senay of McKeesport; daughter-in-law, Kathleen Senay of Souderton, PA; grandchildren, Scott Senay, Beth (Dave) Stabinski, Ann (Keith) Czerwinski Williams, Katie (Mike) Davis, and John G. Senay; great grandchildren, Michael, Megan, Mary Kate, Michael, Sophie and Ben; also many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Ann was also preceded in death by son, John R. "Jack" Senay, Jr.; sisters, Stella, Bertha, Helen and Mary. Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Thursday, August 23, 2018, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, 10 a.m., at Corpus Christi Church. Fr. Steven M. Palsa will be the celebrant. Committal will follow in McKeesport & Versailles Cemetery.
