Charles W. Helsel

Charles W. Helsel, age 74, of McKeesport, died February 19, 2018, at UPMC McKeesport. Born January 22, 1944, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Wilbert W. and Florence R. (Piper) Helsel and the life partner of Gloria Sabo of McKeesport. Charles was retired from Volkswagon, where he was an automobile painter. He was a member of the White Oak American Legion Post # 701. In addition to Gloria, he is survived by his sisters, Janice R. (Gene) Herrmann of Glassport and Elaine (Charles) Sciarra of Stuebenville, OH. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a nephew, Butchie Herrmann. Arrangements were entrusted to Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory. Inurnment will be in McKeesport and Versailles Cemetery.
