Dorothy Helen Szeg

Dorothy Helen Szeg, age 97, of Scottsdale, AZ, formerly of McKeesport, died January 3, 2019, in Scottsdale, AZ. Born October 12, 1921, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Catherine (Bullion) Cornell and the wife of the late Frank Szeg. Dorothy dedicated her life to caring for her family and practicing her faith. She enjoyed square dancing, traveling and many types of music. Dorothy is survived by her children, Charles (Judie) of Wexford, Danielle (Duane) of Florida and Kim (Debbie) of Scottsdale, AZ; grandchildren, Shaun (Angie) Carloss, Dan Szeg,  Michelle (Luke) Findley, Kevan Schaffer, Kristine (Cliff) Britt, Karolyn (Paul) Barker, Jon Kilner and Vance Szeg; great grandchildren, Lorelai, Bella, Logan, Cheyenne, Jaymi and Julia; also nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Wednesday, January 9, 2019, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be celebrated on Thursday, 10 a.m., in the funeral home chapel. Entombment will follow in St. Clair Cemetery of Greensburg. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Cancer Treatment Centers of America.
