Irene M. Seibert

Irene M. Seibert, age 88, of McKeesport, died October 21, 2019, at home. Born February 4, 1931, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Alfonse and Anna (Korap) Kowalski and the wife of the late Edward C. Seibert.
Irene dedicated her life to caring for her family and home. She was a member of Corpus Christi Church. She enjoyed working in her puzzle books, trips to Rivers Casino, and PA Lottery scratch-off tickets. Irene loved to travel with her husband, especially trips to Atlantic City casinos. Her greatest joy was spending time with family.
Irene is survived by her children, Maria (Joseph) Hrizo of McKeesport, Paula (John) Crunkilton of Woodbridge Virginia and David Seibert of West Mifflin and his companion Anita Boshinsky of Kittanning; grandchildren, Jennifer Madjdanik, David James Seibert, Jill Crunkilton, and Mark Crunkilton; great-grandson, Jude; siblings, Anna Mae (Joseph) Notaro of Port Vue, Ray (Marie) Kowalski of Port Vue and Louise Cottom of Sarasota Florida; also nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Irene is proceeded in death by her daughter-in-law, Judith Seibert.
Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Friday, October 25, 2019, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, 10 a.m., at Corpus Christi Church. Committal prayers and burial will follow in New St. Joseph's Cemetery.
