Joyce E. Peebly

Joyce E. Peebly, age 68, of Dravosburg, died February 11, 2019, at home. Born January 24, 1951, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late William and Thelma (Markland) Peebly. Joyce worked at Community Life of McKeesport, where she took great pride in providing care for those in need with over 16 years of service. She was a member of the former St. Pius V Church. She enjoyed the Home Shopping Network, QVC, gardening, reading and family trips to the beach. Joyce's greatest joy was spending time with her family. She is survived by her siblings, Janice (Russ) Frum of Colorado, Jay (Nancy) Peebly of McKeesport, Joan (Henry) Kowalski of McKeesport, Patty Carey of Virginia and Mark Peebly of McKeesport; nieces and nephews, Jason (Vicki) Peebly, Teddy Olinsky, Chip Olinsky, Tabitha Meekins, Adam (Krislyn) Barden, Seth (Beth) Kowalski, Amy (Michael) Cortes, Brandon (Amber) Peebly, Andrew Barden, Austin Barden, Jenna Peebly, Rachel Bales and Jacob Peebly; also many great nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Friday, February, 15, 2019, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A blessing service will be held on Saturday, at 10 a.m., in the funeral home chapel.
