Mary E. McCallister

Mary E. McCallister, age 57, of McKeesport, died April 27, 2018, at Family Hospice & Palliative Care. Born March 11, 1961, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Betty (Leasure) Provance. Mary was a member of the Port Vue Untied Methodist Church, where she was active with the food bank, Sunday school and truly enjoyed being a volunteer. She would help anyone in need and had the biggest heart you could ever had wished for. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Mary is survived by her children, Amy McElfresh of McKeesport and Jimmy (Jessica) McElfresh of Port Vue; Grandchildren, Destiny, Kristina, Christopher and Taylor; sister, Rebecca (Frank) Kofile of Flower Mound, TX; brothers, Melvin (Carol) Provance of Penn Hills and Frank (Erika) Provance of West Mifflin; nieces and nephews, Joshua, Charles, Shannon, Frank, Jr. and Faith. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her brother, Charles "Butchie" Provance. Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Saturday, May 5, 2018, from Noon until the time of memorial service at 2 p.m., in the funeral home chapel.
