Ruth Ann Gellen

Ruth Ann Gellen, age 67, of McKeesport, died April 26, 2018, at McKeesport. Born August 10, 1950, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late John and Ruth (Lawson) Swanson and the wife of John R. Gellen. Ruth was retired from McKesson Billing of Greentree. She enjoyed watching and trying to solve television crime stories. In her early years she enjoyed crocheting, cooking and listening to music. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, John, Jr. and Jason both of McKeesport; brother, John Swanson, and sister, Gloria Swanson both of McKeesport; nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Monday, 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be Tuesday, 10 a.m., in the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Jody Dausey officiating.
