Albert Getlak Jr. Obituary

Albert W. Getlak Jr., age 77, of White Oak, passed away August 9, 2020, at UPMC East. Born October 1, 1942, in Braddock, he was the husband of Carol (Cooper) Getlak and the son of the late Albert W. Sr. and Julia (Hubaly) Getlak.
Albert retired from the Pennsylvania Unemployment Office and was a former teacher at Robert Morris University. He received a Bachelors Degree from Duquesne University. He was a member of the Church of Life in Christ. Al enjoyed playing Bridge and going to coin collector shows. Albert and his wife were Disney World lovers, and he was even in a roller coaster club. Albert was a genuinely great man, and he and Carol were happily married for 29 years.
Arrangements were entrusted to Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory.
Entombment will be in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.
