Dolores Dolly Grivna

Dolores "Dolly" Grivna, age 91, of McKeesport, died February 24, 2020, at Walden's View of North Huntingdon. Born March 12, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Agnes (Pallo) Porado and the wife of the late Edward Grivna.
Dolly was retired from UPMC McKeesport hospital, where she was a Registered Nurse. Her gentle and caring hands proudly served McKeesport and the surrounding communities throughout her career. Dolly was a graduate of Braddock Hospital School of Nursing. She was a member of Mary, Mother of God Parish. Dolly's greatest joy was spending time with her family.  
She is survived by her sons, Mark Edward (Kay) of North Huntingdon and John Paul (Sharon) of North Versailles; grandsons, Marc (Laci), Michael, Sean (Allie), and Tom (Kristie Beck); sisters-in-law, Marlene Porado of Turtle Creek and Marian Grivna Bronich of McKeesport; also nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, Dolly was also preceded in death by her brothers, Paul and Jerry Porado.
Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on  Thursday, February 27, 2020, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, 9:30 a.m., at Corpus Christi Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery of Port Vue.
