Dorothy A. (White) Kane

Dorothy A. Kane, age 77, of McKeesport, died April 13, 2021, at home.  Born June 23, 1943, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Martha (Pemberton) White and wife of the late Richard Kane with whom she shared 53 beautiful years of marriage.  Dorothy worked in her younger years for White Oak E.M.S. and later on as a school bus driver.  She always cherished time with her family, whether it was traditional Sunday meals or playing cards with her sisters.  Dorothy was also an avid reader and writer.  "She loved her family, and her family loved her."  She is survived by children, Thomas (Tammy) Kane, Kathleen Farally, and Scott (Crissy) Kane; nine grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary Ellen Barder, Cindy (Joseph) White, and Jeannie Miller, and a brother, Jack (Jan) White.  She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Vincent "Vino" Farally, II.  Arrangements were entrusted to Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory.  Condolences and memories may be shared at www.jaycox-jaworskifh.com.  Chris Odasso, Supervisor.
