Eric W. Hanna

Eric W. Hanna, age 47, of McKeesport died February 7, 2020, at UPMC Presbyterian. Born April 14, 1972, in Washington County, he was the son of the late Cheryl (Hanna) Coates and Carol and Charles Bray and the beloved husband of Erica (Bray) Hanna.
Eric was currently working at C & D Towing & Recovery Inc., where he was a certified towing specialist. He enjoyed his job and was a hard-working family man. Eric was an avid hunter and fisherman who loved the outdoors. However, his greatest joy was spending time with his family.
In addition to his wife and mother and father-in-law, Eric is survived by his children, Brianna and Jasmine both of McKeesport, Eric Jr. and Angel both of Washington County and Devin (Tori) of North Versailles; siblings, Jason Coates (Tasha) of McKees Rocks, Michael (Tonka) Hackney (Bobbie), Bill Newman (Kelly) and Mike Tarr all of Washington County, Richard Wiehagen (Amanda) of North Huntingdon, Erin Yednak (Steve) of McKeesport and Karen Caldwell (Bo) of Pittsburgh; nieces and nephews, Tiara, Christopher, Jason, Jace, Truth, Tre, Lei, Kenyatta, Brooklyn, Samara, Amir, and Raymond.
In addition to his mother, Eric was also preceded in death by his sister, Stacie Coates.
Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Thursday, February 13, 2020, from 2 p.m. until the time of Family Reflection Service at 4 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Rev. Byron Johnson will officiate.
