Ines Mansfield (Donato), age 90, of Pittsburgh, PA, went home to be with the Lord on May 15, 2023, at Baldwin Health Center Nursing Home in Pittsburgh. Born May 7, 1933, in Connellsville, PA, she is the daughter of the late Vincent and Marianna (Paone) Donato. Ines worked at Gimbels Department Store and retired from Mellon Bank after over 30 years of service. Ines graduated from Connellsville High School, Class of 1951. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Ines is survived by her sons, John E. Mansfield and James L. Mansfield, both of Pittsburgh; three granddaughters, Lyndsay (Tom) Agresti, Kelly (Zack) Edwards, and Caelyn Mansfield; four great-granddaughters, two brothers, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers; Joseph and Vincent Donato and sister Angela Rach (Donato).
Ines leaves behind a legacy of love, dedication, and daily prayers to her family, companionship and encouragement to a lifetime of friends, and most of all, trust and commitment to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who said, “I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying” (John 11: 25).
