James R. "Boat" "Swede" Swanson age 77, of East McKeesport, died June 4, 2023, at home. Born May 14, 1946, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late William C. James loved watching and playing softball, was an avid hunter, playing keno and singing karaoke. He enjoyed daily walks with his dog Nugget, where he met many wonderful friends on their walks. On many days and evenings, you could find James sitting on the porch with his beloved brother John, sharing stories of the day.
