Joan A. Kotulsky

Joan A. (Ejchost) Kotulsky, 77, of West Mifflin died Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Paramount Senior Living at South Hills. Born February 26, 1947 in McKeesport, she was the daughter of Stella (Huchrowski) and Joseph Ejchost, and the wife of Joseph E. Kotulsky.

Joan was a Graduate of Glassport High School, Class of 1965. She worked as a legal secretary for the Urban Redevelopment Authority, an aide at New England Elementary School, West Mifflin, and frequently volunteered her time at the voting polls and to those in need. She was a devoted wife, daughter, mother, and grandmother. Joan truly embraced her role as a loving grandma, and cherished those special moments with her family. 

In addition to her husband, Joan is survived by her daughter, Joy L. Kotulsky; son, Justin J. (Elizabeth Randolph) Kotulsky; five grandchildren, Jade (Michaela Miller), Jaxson, Jathan, Joel, and Ryder; and sister, Marcia (the, late, Jack Jr.) Doering, and many cousins.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Polish National Catholic Church 1921 Eden Park Blvd, McKeesport, PA 15132, at a later date.
