Joseph M. Pollack

Joseph M. Pollack, age 93, of McKeesport, died January 1, 2023, at home.  Born July 3, 1929, in Duquesne, he was the son of the late Michael and Mary (Tkac) Pollack and husband of the late Dorothy Pollack.  Joseph was a Veteran who served in the Army and worked for Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory.  He is survived by daughters, Barbara (Robert) Firda, Lois (the late David) Basl, Jacqueline Pollack, and Kimberly Pollack; six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.  In addition to his parents and wife, Joseph was also preceded in death by his brothers and sisters.  Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Sunday from 3 to 7 p.m.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10 a.m. at Mary, Mother of God Parish, Corpus Christi Church.  Everyone is asked to please meet at church.  Inurnment will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Port Vue at a later date.  Condolences and memories may be shared at www.jaycox-jaworskifh.com.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to a charity of your choice.  Chris Odasso, Supervisor
