Virginia Brown Obituary

Virginia A Brown, age 94, of McKeesport, died September 19, 2019, at home. Born March 27, 1925, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of Andrew and Catherine (Gadjek) Turk and the wife of the late Frank P. Brown.
Virginia retired from Westinghouse Transportation, where she worked in quality control. She was a member of the former St. Pius V Church. Virginia was also a member of the Sewing Guild and the Bonsai Society of Pittsburgh.
Virginia is survived by her children, Sheree (Michael) Plunko of North Versailles and Dale (Linda) Brown of Burlington, CT; grandchildren, Shannon, Brent (Jennifer), Justin and Bryan (Dana); great-grandchildren, Linnea, Brooke, and Gage; also nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, Virginia was also preceded in death by her siblings, Andrew Turk, and Grace Eckles.
A blessing service was held in the Mount Vernon Cemetery Chapel on Sept 21st, 2019
