Duane Gaska, age 58 of Port Vue, passed away at home surrounded by his family on November 23, 2015.  Born June 8, 1957 in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Robert and Ann (Skrabak) Gaska and husband of Patricia (Dansak) Gaska for 32 years.  Duane was a graduate of McKeesport High School Class of 1975, Triangle Tech and then went on to work in HVAC.  He had a love of the outdoors.  His home away from home was a cabin in Forest County where he loved to hunt and fish.  He also enjoyed playing volleyball in various leagues for over 30 years.  His daughter Emily also shared in that same love of volleyball and they would travel together and even played on the same team.  In addition to his wife, he is survived by his beloved daughter, Emily Gaska and also nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, November 25th at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory from 1-4 and 6 until the time of the funeral service at 8 p.m.  Pastor Jody Dausey will officiate.
