                             The Rainbow Bridge

There is a bridge connecting Heaven and Earth.
It is called the Rainbow Bridge because of its many colors.
Just this side of the Rainbow Bridge there is a land of meadows,
hills and valleys with lush green grass.

When a beloved pet dies, the pet goes to this place.
There is always food and water and warm spring weather.
The old and frail animals are young again.
Those who are maimed are made whole again.
They play all day with each other.

There is only one thing missing.
They are not with their special person who loved them on Earth.
So, each day they run and play,
until the day comes when one suddenly stops playing and looks up!
The nose twitches!
The ears are up!
The eyes are staring!
And this one runs from the group!

You have been seen,
and when you and your special friend meet,
you take him or her in your arms and embrace.
Your face is kissed again and again and again,
and you look once more into the eyes of your trusting pet.

Then you cross the Rainbow Bridge together, never again to be separated.

The last couple of paragraphs of this beautiful poem brings tears to anyone who has ever had to say, "goodbye", to their beloved pet.  That goes for all of us here, even years later.

CREMATION

There are human crematories in the McKeesport/White Oak area, but no pet crematories. Therefore, local funeral homes provide shelter and transportation to a pet crematory.
We have created a comfortable room for you, to say goodbye to your beloved pet. If you just left a clinical setting or have not had the opportunity to say goodbye, we hope this special place will be of value to you and your family.
Our cost will often be lower than the cost at an out-of-town pet crematory. It is one small way for us to say, "thank you", to our friends and neighbors.

Pricing: 1-10 lbs $200, 11-25 lbs- $220,  26-50 lbs- $250,  51-75 lbs- $275,  76- 100 lbs-, $290, 101-125 lbs -,$335 , over 126 lbs add $1  per lb. This price includes a simple urn, a clay paw print and fur clipping.  Daytime transportation 9 a.m. to 5 p.m, within 10 miles, is $75 or 5 p.m. to 9 a.m. $125.

There is nothing like the unconditional love of a pet. We are honored to assist in their reverent care.

BURIAL

Not all of us have the property to consider burying a pet, but we are fortunate to have pet cemeteries located in the White Oak and Pittsburgh areas.
Whether the burial will be at your home or at a pet cemetery, we can help you create a heartfelt memorial. Memorials can include photos, carvings of favorite toys and especially, words to express your gratitude and love.
Should you ever need our services, or just have questions, please email us at Jaycox-jaworski@comcast.net or call 1-412-664-4489.
