We were all amazed with the beauty and warmth of your funeral home. Thanks also for the “Pitt Fight Song Tribute”. My father in law would have loved that.

We received personalized, caring attention from everyone, start to finish. They helped me fully understand every aspect of how our event would unfold, so that I knew what to expect. I got and made good use of helpful suggestions for how to optimize what we were trying to do. They honored every request, and went above and beyond even that. It was a beautiful event, exactly what we wanted, and we felt genuinely cared for every step of the way. It was a remarkably good experience, given the circumstances.

The funeral service was above and beyond what I had expected. Everyone that attended was impressed and expressed positive comments about the entire service. Family and friends made special note of all the extras, the angel pins, the children's lockets and the dove release. One of my friends even told her son that she wanted her funeral service to he held at Jaycox-Jaworski's funeral home. The staff are all very nice and treated everyone with kindness. I was so appreciative of all of the help received by the staff through the long process of my mother's transport from Las Vegas, NV to Mckeesport, PA. My mom looked beautiful! I was very thankful as she had not been home to see most of the family for over 4 years. Five star service with caring, considerate staff.

My mom's funeral was absolutely beautiful. I had so many compliments on how nice my mom looked. She looked 20 years younger, considering she died from lung cancer. Thank you to Chuck and his entire staff for all the love, compassion and kindness they showed to all my family and friends during the difficult time.

Everything was perfect. Think Bertha would have loved her send off. I didn't know what to expect. Then when everything was included, even the flowers and her headstone engraving I was at a loss of what to say. When my parents died, those were all separate expenses. You really do a great job. So many details that were included, that you just don't think about. Loved the dove release. Hope it made it home okay heard there was a hawk in the area. I will give you a review later in the week. I was worried that her funeral would be a disaster, but you made it a beautiful send off.

How do I express my gratitude to Jaycox-Jaworski. I had to make pre-planned funeral arrangements for my father. J.-J. steered me through my first time preparing a funeral. They made suggestions I would never have thought of. It was the "little" things that impressed me. Photos displayed and put on a screen; beautiful flowers; the memorial card; Honer Guard and gun salute; the white doves released at the cemetary; music at the funeral home; and chocolate candy kisses in dishes to honer my dad who was a chocolate fan. They made his funeral a celebration of life. Words cannot express my love to Jaycox-Jaworski for their love. They treated me and my family like their family, not just a client. Thank you.

Our father's funeral was exceptional in every respect. The staff guided us through the process with respect, deference and full explanations of everything we needed to do, many things in areas unfamiliar to us. Arrangements for military honors, including a special request, were made and obtained without a hitch. On this saddest of days, Jaycox-Jaworski's expertise in the delivery of funeral arrangements was a godsend to our family. You can trust them without reservation, they are that good.

We really liked the computer photo display & memory boards. Every detail was covered through out, making it easy for us at this difficult time.

All staff were excelent- we felt truly cared for from beginning to end. Dove release was beautiful- every single detail was handled perfectly.

Chuck was outstanding! Mikey Dee was a surprise and very re-memorable to say the least. The attention to details for things like adding a photo to the flower arrangements so, I can refer back when writing my thank you cards; providing angel pin to guests, the use of mom's black-bottom cupcakes in the online background photo, the digital photo display on a large screen was all very nice. All of the special details that we shared about my mom's life were brought to life in a wonderful final tribute to her and I, and my children were deeply appreciated and impressed.

From our first contact with the funeral home and Chuck, we felt very comfortable. He managed every detailed and we left the meeting without concern. The display of aunt Ginny;s needlepoint around the room was beautiful added touch. The dove release at the end of service was an extra special touch.

I don't know where to begin to thank you for all that was done for my family and I. The first night when Theresa and Emily came to the house, Michael's kindness and patience while making the arrangements, the wonderful attendants that took such great care of our family and friends...the thoughtful call from Chris, Olivia's help with all the preparations, and the bell for our granddaughter to give to Jay...Thank You. There was such a great thought and care given to each detail that made such an honoring memory for our family at such a sad time. We are so grateful.
